Originally founded as Morticínio in 1998, Mortage play a brand of speed and thrash metal that follows the aggressive European template — early Kreator is a clear touchstone — with fast riffing built for relentless headbanging. The band has appeared on international splits, including a vinyl release alongside Californian thrash veterans Hirax.

A one-man cosmic death metal project by Paulo Pinheiro Fornazza, known for his work in Fossilization and Jupiterian, Mortal Embodiment channels abyssal, end-of-universe horror through pummeling riffs indebted to Morbid Angel, Dismember, and Disembowelment. The debut release "Unbounded Emptiness" dropped in April 2023 and was distributed through multiple underground labels including Transylvanian Recordings, Nuclear Winter Records, and FDA Records.

A death metal act rooted in the brutal sound of the '90s Brazilian scene, Mortal Eyes delivered the demo "Extreme Visions" in 2005, a five-track effort blending crushing heaviness with traces of thrash aggression. Tracks like "Mirror of Darkness" and "Angel Burner" reflect a straightforward, unpolished approach to old-school death metal.

Founded by Gustavo Camargo and Flávio Diniz, Mortal Ways weaves science fiction and extraterrestrial mythology into death metal rooted in the traditions of Morbid Angel, Hypocrisy, and Deicide. Their 2020 self-titled debut and the 2021 EP "Enslavement Pandemic" — a four-track concept piece drawing from biology and astronomy — showcase a band committed to thematic storytelling within a crushing sonic framework.

Mortal Whisper is a heavy metal band from Santiago, Chile, formed in 2016 by vocalist/lead guitarist José Tapia alongside rhythm guitarist Cristóbal Moreno, bassist Matías Rodríguez, and drummer Francisco Cerda. Their 2016 self-titled EP, recorded and mixed by Cristian Lion at Lion's Roar Studio in Peñaflor, showcases a driving sound rooted in traditional heavy and speed metal.

MortalDread emerged from the same orbit as the earlier Goiás underground project Selbstmord, carrying on a tradition of aggressive, uncompromising thrash metal from the center-west of the country. The band released material independently before splitting up, leaving behind a document of the city's underground metal activity.

Operating out of Rondônia's small but tight-knit metal community, Morte Lenta plays raw, no-frills thrash with roots in Destruction, Slayer, and early Sepultura. The band released a demo in 2016 and has continued building a catalog rooted in the stripped-down, aggressive side of the genre.

A northeastern duo working in atmospheric and post-black metal, Morte Rubra released the debut cassette "Fadário Dizimado" in May 2018 as a limited edition of 66 copies, followed by the full-length "Estigmas do Infortúnio" in 2021. Their sound blends introspective melancholy with blackened density, and their work appeared on the "DSBM Brazil - Vol. I" compilation alongside other depressive voices from the underground.
