Qerbero is a sludge and doom metal band from São Paulo, active from 2008 and composed of Felipe and Filipe on guitars, Lucas on bass, and Ueslei on drums. They released the Uno EP in 2011 and the full-length O Homem dos Avessos in 2017, with two additional tracks issued posthumously as A Casa de Areia in 2026.

Qliphoth is a black metal band from São Paulo formed in 2003, with lyrical themes centered on nihilism, misanthropy, and suicide. The band released three self-released cassette demos: Into the Darkness, Black Metal, and O Vale Dos Suicidas (2006).

Quam Lumen is a black metal band from Rio de Janeiro formed in 2019, with lyrical themes drawn from Taoist and Luciferian philosophy alongside themes of solitude and social disintegration. Their demo Old Nature Qliphoth — subtitled Cosmic Pervert Devotion — was released through their Bandcamp page.

Quantika is a symphonic metal band from Porto Velho, Rondônia, formed in 2017 with a dual-vocal lineup featuring Alexandre Rotuno and Caroline Ferreira alongside guitarists Patrik Correa, bassist Rafael Vasconcelos, and drummer Marcio Henrique. Their debut album Questions, Thoughts and Knowledges was released in 2020 as an eight-track record.

Quemarlo Todo is a death/thrash/hardcore band from Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia, formed in 2022. They released the Incendia EP in 2023 and the live album I Am Hell in 2025, both self-released as an independent act. The project was founded by guitarist David Rodríguez, drawing together members from other Colombian acts including UltraDeath, Fierro, and Burden of Hate.

Questions is a hardcore band from São Paulo founded in February 2000 by vocalist Edu Andrade, guitarist Pablo Menna, bassist Marcelo Papa, and drummer Eduz Akira, with an approach rooted in old-school hardcore and metal aggression. They released their debut album Resista! in 2003, followed by Fight For What You Believe in 2007 via Liberation Music Company — the same year the band toured 17 European countries across 37 shows.

Quilombo is a death metal and grindcore duo from São Paulo formed in 2018 by drummer and vocalist Panda Reis and guitarist-bassist Allan Kallid, both previously of the death metal band Oligarquia. Their debut EP Itankale — the word means "evolution" in Yoruba — was released in 2019 on Poluição Sonora Records and addresses the history of African slavery in Brazil across six tracks totalling 20 minutes.

Quintessente is a melodic death and gothic metal band from Rio de Janeiro founded in 1994 under the name Quintessence, with a current lineup of vocalist André Carvalho, guitarist Cristiano Dias, keyboardist and vocalist Cristina Müller, bassist Luiz Fernando de Paula, and drummer Leo Birigui. After releasing two demos in 1996 and 2000 and a roughly 15-year hiatus, the band returned in 2015 and issued their debut full-length Songs from Celestial Spheres in 2017, which was later re-released digitally by Roadie Metal in 2019.

Quinto dos Infernos was a heavy metal band from Salvador, Bahia, active from 2014 until splitting up, with themes centered on blasphemy, alcohol, and hell. Their debut release, the four-track EP Álcool, Metal e Putaria, appeared on April 1, 2014, through their own Bandcamp page as an independent release.
