Morfeus is one of Belém's defining thrash acts, originally founded in 1988 by members of the city's first thrash band Kaliban alongside veterans of Ceifador and Macabro. The band documented their ferocious early attack across the demos "Thrashing Assault" (1988) and "Anachronic Disease" (1990) before releasing their debut album "Disbelieved World" in 1993, and returned to activity after a decade-long hiatus.

Morgue is a black metal band from Quilpué in Chile's Quinta Región, active within the regional underground scene alongside bands such as Kalkü and Beelzebuth. The band contributed two tracks, "Olvidado Resplandor" and "Arcano XIII", to the 2023 five-band split En el Caos de la Oscuridad, recorded at CIRAR Metal Records in Peñablanca.

Morgue is a goregrind band from Monte Grande, Buenos Aires, whose earliest recordings date to 2000. Their two founding demos — La Legión del Sepulcro (2000) and Instinto Repulsivo (2002) — were later compiled and released on CD as Necro Exhumation, a sixteen-track collection distributed internationally through labels such as Unholy Prophecies and Disembodied Records.

Moriquëndi was a power/progressive metal band from Mendoza founded in 1998 by Roly E. Testini (1975–2008), whose songwriting drew from J.R.R. Tolkien's mythology and his own original fantasy stories. The band's debut demo El Último Elfo Oscuro was recorded in January 2001 at Estudios ADN with Aníbal Rivero and Diego Rubio, and the lineup included drummers Marcelo Narváez, guitarists Javier Vildoza and Sebastián Narváez, bassist Gabriel Narváez, and keyboardist Nicolás Sánchez.

Mormoth is a one-person raw black metal and dungeon synth project from Neiva, Colombia, founded in 2023. The project operates under the Blackflame Records label and has been prolific since its formation, releasing multiple full-lengths including Anticristo and El Bajo Astral alongside the Imperium Satanae EP, all within its first two years. Lyrically the project explores Satanism, paganism, and anti-Christian themes.

Morning Dead is a death doom solo project from Río Bueno, southern Chile, driven entirely by multi-instrumentalist Sebastian Ocampo. The project released its debut full-length, Desde el Otro Lado, in 2023.

A one-man project helmed by Matheus Leonel, previously of Midnight Loss, Morphin merges the languishing weight of funeral doom with melodic death metal's emotional melodicism. The project inhabits a space between isolation and fragile beauty, shaped entirely by Leonel's solo compositional vision.

Morri fuses blackened thrash with the abrasive energy of crust punk, drawing on the raw aggression shared between those worlds. Their 2019 EP "Não Existe Vida," recorded at LF Studio in Realengo, announced a band with no interest in polish — just velocity, hostility, and grime.

Morrighon is a metal band from Paramaribo, Suriname, playing a blend of speed metal and melodic death metal with industrial and thrash influences. The five-piece group released their debut album Silence of Creatures in 2015, recorded and mastered at Rockland Studio in Paramaribo, making them one of the few metal acts to emerge from Suriname.
