Power/progressive metal band from São Paulo, formed in 2001 around vocalist Alexandra Liambos, guitarists Rodrigo Vinhas and Fabio Toledo, bassist David Shalom, and drummer Gian Scairato. Their sole album, Another Sun, was released in May 2004 on Hellion Records and recorded at Creative Sound Studios in São Paulo; it features ex-Helloween vocalist Michael Kiske as a guest on the duet "The Encounter" alongside Fabio Laguna of Angra and Fabio Ribeiro of Shaaman.

One-man black metal project from São Paulo, formed in 1995 by the sole member Warwolf, who also performs in the Brazilian act Evil. Thallium released the demo Gèvaudan, the full-length A Howling from a Thousand Years (2002), and the album Armanenschaft (2008), the latter drawing on the esoteric writings of Guido von List and citing early Polish black metal acts such as Graveland, Infernum, and Veles as primary influences.

Thanatofilia is a brutal death metal power trio from Neuquén, Argentina, consisting of Francisco Tomás Petris (guitars, vocals), Camilo Amaru Ibañez (drums, vocals), and Joaquín Mariano Villegas Amenabar (bass, vocals). The band released their debut EP, Estrangulamiento Umbilical, in October 2019, a seven-track slamming death metal statement recorded in Sala Grande, Neuquén. They were featured in MetalSucks' 2022 roundup of Argentina's most ear-splitting death and grind underground acts.
