The Estigma formed in Santa Fe, Argentina in 2003 out of the hardcore punk group Última Advertencia, and their self-titled debut full-length the same year reached Europe through international distribution. Their 2007 album Los Sicarios del Negocio was produced by Flavio Cianciarulo of Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, a notable crossover between Argentina's punk/metal underground and its mainstream rock world. The band returned in 2023 with the EP Si Vis Pacem…, their first new studio material in six years.

Doom/stoner metal band from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, featuring guitarist Iossif (Wagner Lamounier, aka Wagner Antichrist), a founding member of both Sepultura and Sarcófago, alongside vocalist Miss Aileen (Germânia Gonçalves), bassist Anderson Vaca, and drummer Rodrigo Buzelin. The band released a self-titled debut album on June 9, 2017, followed by Seven Acts to Apocalypse in 2023, both on Osmose Productions.

Death metal band from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, active since 2007. The band's earliest documented release is the demo Divine Pestilences (June 1, 2007), a five-track recording featuring songs such as "Anomalic Existence" and "Antropology Human / Anthropophagy in Blood."

Black metal band from Santa Catarina and São Paulo, formed in 2020 with a lineup of Allenozth (vocals), Warcaller (all instruments), and Demigod (lead guitar, mixing, mastering). The band released a self-titled four-track demo on April 25, 2020, via Darkness Records, featuring tracks "Anihilation," "Last War," "Misanthropic Wrath," and "Dead Soldiers."

The Grave is a doom metal trio from Buenos Aires formed in 2015, featuring Diego on guitar and vocals, Pixie on bass, and Facundo on drums. The band released their self-titled debut album in September 2015, drawing on the heavy, slow sounds of Electric Wizard, Cathedral, and Reverend Bizarre. Horror film imagery runs throughout their work, with song titles and artwork referencing classic genre films.

Grindcore band from Brasília formed in 2014 by members of DFC, Violator, and NW77. Their debut album I Spit on Your God, a 31-track, 29-minute record, was recorded at GrindHouse Studio in 2016 and released in 2017 on Rip Roaring Shit Storm Records as a cassette limited to 50 copies. The band also released the 7" EP Romantic Baphomet in 2016, hand-numbered and limited to 66 copies.

São Paulo grindcore trio formed in 2016 with a lineup of Zech (guitar, vocals), Zumbi (bass), and Emiliano (drums). The band released the single Beginning Dirt in February 2016, the album Bulshit in August 2020, and Life Disturbed in April 2022. They contributed a cover of Nasum's "Shadows" to the 2020 compilation A Brazilian Tribute to Nasum: Mieszko Lives.

The Haze Palqui is a stoner/doom metal band from Peñaflor, in the Santiago Metropolitan Region of Chile. The band released the EP Chamanic Palqui Experience in 2022, blending heavy fuzz-driven riffs with a psychedelic sensibility rooted in the desert and the underground doom scene.

São Paulo heavy/power metal band formed in 2018, whose drummer Marcus Dotta recorded the posthumous Warrel Dane album Shadow Work (Century Media, 2018), tracking drums after Dane died of a heart attack in São Paulo in December 2017. The band released the EP Into the Fire on August 29, 2023, and followed it with Welcome (to the Dead) in 2024.
