Vetus Kran is an atmospheric black metal project from Taubaté, São Paulo, created by the musician known as Holykran, who previously led the projects Iron Woods and Black War in the Brazilian underground. Vexatan is a one-person blackened death metal project from Paranaguá, Paraná, formed in May 2022 by multi-instrumentalist Danihell, who handles all instruments, vocals, production, and artwork. The project has released two EPs — "Eternal Torment" (2022) and "Diabolic Empire" — building on Danihell's prior work in bands including Satanic Funeral, Tormento, and Rotting Corpse.
