Vampiria was a melodic black/gothic metal band founded in April 1997 in Olavarría, Buenos Aires province, featuring members including vocalist Konde, guitarist and keyboardist Oswalth, and soprano keyboardist Elisa. The band recorded their albums at La Nave de Oseberg studio in Buenos Aires, releasing "Among Mortals" (2000), "Wicked Charm" (2002), and "Sanguinarian Context" (2008) before dissolving around 2009.

Vampiroteutis Infernalis was a solo black metal project from Taboão da Serra, São Paulo, Brazil, operated entirely by the musician known as Old (Freak Funebre). The project released a self-titled cassette in 2022 — limited to 50 copies — consisting of two sprawling tracks of approximately twenty-two and twenty-three minutes each, before going defunct.

Vandalis was formed in 1987 in San Juan, Argentina, recording their debut power metal album "Vandalis" at Estudios Colombia in Buenos Aires, released on cassette in Chile in 1993. Drummer and bandleader Daniel Torrent later relocated to Mallorca, Spain, where the project was revived as a symphonic hard rock act from 2007 onward with a new lineup including vocalist Marisa Marquez and guitarist Ariel Mendoza.

The band — featuring MOSH X on vocals, EDOOM on guitars, JUCA on bass, and MINDU on drums — released the single "Metal Comunista" in 2017 and "Batismo de Sangue" in 2018, framing classic metal aggression as an instrument of political consciousness.

Vantas formed in Campinas in 2024, a five-piece built around the pairing of vocalist Camila Dias and a twin-guitar attack from João Vitor Brandão and João Neto, with Rayna Vitorino on bass and João Cavera on drums. Their debut EP Begotten by Sadness, released in January 2024, plants their blackened post-metal in slow-burning tension, moving through five tracks that alternate between suffocating heaviness and open, unsettled space.

The band released their debut EP "Aullidos de Libertad" on December 2, 2015, a three-track release with songs including "Estrategia Alfa" and "Fortaleza de Lobo."

The current lineup of Willian Falaschi (vocals), Marcos Garcia and Matheus Calache (guitars), Estevan Poli (bass), and Gabriel Soares (drums) has built a substantial catalog, with Fragments of Memories arriving in 2025 following a steady run of releases stretching back through Daydreams (2019) and A New Dawn (2022).
