Shelter Nefarie is a melodic death/thrash metal band from Barquisimeto, Lara, Venezuela, founded in December 2011. The band released their debut full-length Creciendo Entre Ruinas in 2017, a title that translates roughly as "Growing Among Ruins" and reflects the harsh social conditions in Venezuela during that period. They operate as an unsigned independent act and their Bandcamp page lists Venezuela as their founding location.
