One of the older names in Brazilian underground black metal, Profane Creation dates back to 1991 and released the demo "Nema" before appearing on a landmark 1996 split with Inquisition on Sylphorium Records. After going dormant for nearly two decades, the band reformed in 2014 and released their debut full-length "Portal do Inferno" in 2015, followed by a split with Abigail in 2017.

Profane Souls have been crafting uncompromising underground black metal since the mid-1990s, logging early demos before returning with the full-length "Unraveling the Mysteries of Darkness" in 2014. Their 2021 album "Ritual de Blasfêmia", released through Black Hearts Records, celebrated 25 years of the band's infernal output and features a lineup including Witchammer on vocals and guitar alongside Joyce Thorns and Lucifery.

Profetika brought technical thrash from the far-northern city of Macapá, channeling tight riffwork and socially charged lyrics about urban violence and inequality. The five-piece released the "Serial Killer" EP in 2010 before eventually dissolving, with some members having planned subsequent projects under a different name.

Profundezas deal in filthy, underground death metal with obscure, philosophically dark lyrical themes. Their 2019 full-length "Seja Feita Vossa Maldade" expanded on the self-titled 2018 debut EP, establishing an uncompromising approach that kept them firmly rooted in the underground São Paulo scene.

Project46 grew out of a Slipknot tribute act called Kroach, with guitarists Jean Patton and Vinicius Castellari steering the band toward original metalcore. Their releases include the full-lengths "Doa a Quem Doer" (2011) and "Que Seja Feita a Nossa Vontade" (2014), and the bilingual album "TR3S" (2017), which earned them spots at major rock and metal festivals across South America.

Projeto Pancada is a crossover trio formed by veterans of the Santa Catarina underground, including members of Homem Lixo and Rhestus. Their debut album "Caos Geral" (2021) blends thrash riffs with hardcore aggression and sardonic Portuguese-language lyrics aimed squarely at pandemic-era Brazil.

Projeto Trator is a São Paulo duo grinding out dense, abrasive sludge and doom with dark guitars and hypnotic low-end grooves over a prolific catalog that stretches back to their 2007 debut EP. Albums like "Despacho" (2015) and the EP "Na Órbita do Medo" (2018) cemented their reputation as ambassadors of the Brazilian underground heavy scene, earned through extensive touring across South America and Europe.

Promethean Gate is a one-person black metal project rooted in Luciferian and Draconian occultism, with all instrumentation and vocals handled by Promethean P. Priest. The debut album "Architecture and Concepts of the New God" (2017) set the tone for a catalogue steeped in left-hand path theology, and the project is affiliated with the Ancient Coven collective of São Paulo underground black metal acts.

Prometherion grew from guitarist Vinícius Starteri's earlier project Alkimistal, fusing Swedish melodic death metal, New York hardcore, and Bay Area thrash into a sound the band calls modern death metal. The name is a neology blending Prometheus and Therion, reflecting a lyrical focus on how people endure hardship, and the band has maintained activity through SoundCloud and streaming platforms despite internal lineup turbulence.
