Glacies Draconis was a Death/Black/Doom Metal project from Brazil, founded in January 2022 by Marcos, with Despair handling vocals and lyrics and Lexibyss contributing guitars. The project released the track "Velado por Corvos" in May 2022 and the release "Labirinto de Espelhos" before disbanding. Their material blended atmospheric black metal with doom and death metal elements.

Gladiator is a thrash metal band from Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, originally formed in the late 1980s and regarded as one of the pioneers of the genre in their region. The band's first full-length album, "Dreadful Dreams," was recorded at Signus Studio in Porto Alegre and released in 1992 on Whiplash Records, later reissued in a remastered edition on Rising Records. The band reformed in 2010 and has continued to be active within the Brazilian thrash metal scene.

Gladio Tempus is a death/thrash metal band from Goiânia, Brazil, founded in 2021 by Nicholas de Macedo (vocals and rhythm guitars), Geovani Maia (lead guitars), Alper Basbug (bass), and Eduardo Lemes (drums). The band cites Slayer, Sepultura, Obituary, and Sodom as primary influences, and released their debut album "FAUDA" on January 10, 2024. Their brutal thrash approach places them in the tradition of aggressive Brazilian extreme metal.

Gloom Divine is a two-piece black metal band from the southern greater Buenos Aires area, founded in December 2004 by String Spirits (guitars, bass, drums) and Vaklav (vocals). After years active in Argentina's black metal scene, they released their debut demo in August 2013, remastered it in 2021, and followed with the full-length album "From Ancient Voices" in May 2022.

Gloomy Misanthropy is a one-man black metal and dark ambient project from Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, driven entirely by the sole member known as Wandering Moribund. The project debuted with a 2016 demo and released its first full-length album, "Dark Procession from the Abyss," on July 11, 2021, through Astral Nightmare Productions, recorded and mixed at Wolf's Lair Home Studio between 2018 and 2020. Drawing on anti-cosmic Satanism and misanthropic themes, the project is rooted in the raw traditions of LLN, Abruptum, and Leviathan.

Gloriam Satanas is a symphonic black metal band from Campana, Argentina, formed around 2018–2020, featuring vocalist Gabriel Teggi (Tormentor), guitarist Agustín Ávila (Valtasael), bassist Maximiliano Gallipi (Barbol), and drummer Damián Cisneros (Dr. Satan). The band released their debut demo "Spell of Possession" in September 2020, followed by their first full-length "There Above, Here Below" in September 2022, and the concept album "Blood Mysticism" — exploring vampirism and lycanthropy — in November 2025.

Glorious Night is a symphonic/melodic black metal band from Belén de Escobar, Buenos Aires, formed in 2007, featuring guitarist Cristian Lopez, keyboardist Andres Urbano, bassist Facundo Boychuka, and drummer Gerardo Herrera. Their recorded output spans three albums: "Del Suicidio a La Razon" (2010), "Espectro Perverso" (2013) — recorded and mastered at Deth Studio for Urban Metal Sound in Buenos Aires — and a self-titled album in 2018.

Glote is a crossover thrash band from Santos, São Paulo, formed in 2023, with a lineup of Felipe Gameiro on vocals, Bruno Cabaleiro on guitars, Muxu on bass, and Lucas Santos on drums. Their debut EP The Lost Years (2023), recorded at Estúdio Warzone in Santos, collects five tracks written between 2019 and 2022 during the COVID-19 pandemic. The release tackles Brazilian social issues including police violence, the precarious health system, and the rise of fascism, firmly in the tradition of politically charged crossover thrash.
