Psychoneurosis was a death metal band from Rio de Janeiro active in the mid-1990s, whose material was recorded and mixed at Uptown Studio in Rio de Janeiro in May and June of 1994. Their four contributions to the 1995 three-way split "Death or Glory Vol. 1" — "The Crypt," "Shadows," "Neurotic Curse," and "Mastering a Nightmare" — alongside São Paulo's Abscess and Extorsion represent their primary documented output.

Psychosane formed in Ribeirão Preto in 2013 as an Adrenaline Mob covers band, taking their name from a track on that band's debut album "Omertá," before evolving into original material. The current lineup features Marcelo Seabra on vocals, Heuler Schivo on guitar, Leonardo Balaban on bass, and Roberto Jean on drums; the band released their debut EP "Laws of Aggression" on September 30, 2019.

Psychotic Eyes is a progressive death metal band from São Paulo, founded in 1999, whose second album "I Only Smile Behind The Mask" (2011) was mixed and mastered by Jean François Dagenais, guitarist of Kataklysm. Their third release, "Olhos Vermelhos" (December 2018), was recorded entirely with acoustic guitars and guttural vocals and was promoted as the first acoustic death metal album, with artwork by visual artist Nua Estrela.

Psycophobia is an independent death/black metal band from Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul, with releases documented on Metal Archives including "Reality of a Psychotic Underworld" and "Devilish Kiss of Death." The band also appeared on the compilation "Satan Smashes Fascism" (2018) with the track "March of Destruction" and on "The Sound of Satanic Hellbangers Vol. II" (Satanic Hellbangers Records, November 2022) with "Welcome Infernal Land."

Puah is a technical and groove metal band from Barquisimeto, Lara, Venezuela, active since 2007. Their 2014 debut full-length "Kharma" is a 14-track album delivered entirely in Spanish, showcasing the djent and math metal influences that define their approach.

Pugnari is a death metal project from Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Pernambuco, founded during the pandemic by Williams Ângelo (guitars and vocals) and Rafael Batista (drums). The band released the single "Rotten Devotion" in September 2023, followed by "Call Cthulhu" in 2024.

Punishment was a thrash/death metal band from Paraguaçu, Minas Gerais, formed in the late 1990s by brothers Elderson and Élson Prado alongside vocalist Camaroon. The band recorded the demo "Infernal World" in 2003 and followed it with the re-recorded "Enter the Punisher" in 2006, and shared festival stages with Korzus, Torture Squad, and Ratos de Porão at events including Roça'n Roll.

Pure Hate is a groove/thrash metal band from Maceió, Alagoas, active since 2020 as an independent act. The band placed two tracks — "Racional" and "Vida de Ninguém" — on the 2020 digital compilation The Iguana's Attäck Vol. 3, their earliest documented release.

Purple AQP is a heavy metal and hard rock solo project by Victor Calvo Llerena, based in Arequipa, Peru. Drawing inspiration from classic heavy metal and hard rock of the 1970s and 1980s, the project released its debut demo Empire Arise in 2019, followed by the full-length Rise and Fall of the Inca's Empire in 2022. The name combines a nod to Deep Purple with AQP, the airport code and common abbreviation for Arequipa.
