Chaosface is a thrash metal band from Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, formed in 2014. The band released their debut EP The Practice of Chaos in July 2014, followed by a re-recorded version titled The Practice of Chaos Revisited in October 2015, produced at Slowpeak Studio with an updated lineup.

Chaosfear is a groove and heavy metal band from São Paulo, Brazil, founded by brothers Fernando and Eduardo Boccomino, who originally performed as Sick Mind before adopting their current name. The band released the full-length album Be the Light in Dark Days in 2020 via Careless Records and notably recorded a cover of Exodus' "The Toxic Waltz" featuring vocalist Steve "Zetro" Souza. Their sound draws from the groove-oriented modern thrash tradition, with influences from Sepultura's later catalog.

Chaosophia is a depressive black metal band from San Martín, Buenos Aires, Argentina, formed around 2009–2010 with a core trio of Kanaglia on vocals, Kaos on guitar, and Kosmos on drums. The band released a demo called "Funeral March" in 2009 and appeared on two split releases through the Argentine underground label Black Noise Records: "Extremities of an Abyss" (with La Torture Des Ténèbres, 2016) and "6th Extinction" (with Cryptogenus and Parasomnia, 2017). Both split releases were limited-edition physical formats typical of the Argentine black metal underground.

Chaotic Desolation is a one-man melodic death/thrash/black metal project from Osasco, São Paulo, Brazil, founded by multi-instrumentalist Thiago Alboneti, who is also known for his work in Beyond Chaos and Infinity of Thoughts. The project released its debut album Biological Sonnet in March 2024, drawing influences from Machine Head, Iced Earth, Nevermore, and Lamb of God.

Chapel of Bones is a solo death/doom metal project from the suburbs of São Paulo, Brazil, formed in 2025 by a musician credited as The Conductor. The project released its debut EP "Veil of Darkness" in October 2025, a three-track release described as trading in crushing riffs and funereal atmosphere with lyrical references that include Shakespeare. The project is unsigned and independently released.

Charles Soulz Project is a progressive rock/metal project from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, founded in 2020 by keyboardist and songwriter Charles Soulz. The project draws influence from artists such as Neal Morse, Pain of Salvation, Ayreon, Haken, and Steven Wilson, with lyrics exploring themes of human consciousness and social criticism. Chemical Disaster is a death metal band from Santos, São Paulo, Brazil, formed in 1993 out of members of the local thrash band Ignorance. Their debut album "Resurrection" was released in December 1993 on Cogumelo Records, followed by "Scraps of a Being" (2000) and "Third Wound" (2011) on Violent Records. The band's sound blends chunky, mid-paced death metal with aggressive riffing and remains active as one of the most enduring extreme metal acts from the Santos coastal region.

Cheol is a black metal band from Goiânia, Goiás, Brazil, active and independently released. The band has been noted in the Brazilian metal press as a distinctive force in the national black metal underground, releasing material through their Bandcamp page. They remain unsigned and active in the Goiás extreme metal scene.
