Diagnose is a political grindcore band from Fortaleza, Ceará, in northeastern Brazil, blending elements of crust punk, grindcore, and death metal with socially charged, anti-system lyrical content. The band released the demo "Desordem Capital" in 1998 and has built a discography spanning several decades, including the albums "Neurose XXI" (2005) and "Cidade Objeto" (2021). They are among the more enduring extreme underground acts from the Brazilian northeast.

The band made their public debut in early 2022 with the politically charged single "Caos, Sangre, Peste," recorded at Panzound Estudios.
