Mental Disorder is a death metal and grindcore band from Temuco, in Chile's Araucanía region, built around original members Jorge Kayser (vocals/guitar), René López (guitar), and Jorge Ortiz (drums), with Mig Martiz on bass. The band originally formed in 2009 and disbanded in 2013 before regrouping in 2018; their themes address mental illness, society, and violence.

Formed in 1988 by Skull Detonator, Sathan, and Kranium, Necrobutcher played a ferocious blend of death metal and grindcore where most tracks barely broke the one-minute mark. Their two 1989 demos, "Schizophrenic Christianity" and "Corrosive Noisy Torment," were later compiled by Nuclear War Now! Productions on the anthology "Schizophrenic Noisy Torment," preserving all 44 tracks of their brief but savage output.

Necrocadaveric Vomit is a death-grind band from Paraná, Entre Ríos, Argentina, formed around 2010 with a lineup including vocalist Joel Tutau, guitarist Santiago Pontoni, bassist Ariel Reyes, and drummer Mathías Chamorro. The band recorded their first demo, Putrid Flesh, in 2011 before releasing their self-titled full-length album in October 2015, a blistering 11-track set of pure deathgrind.

Necrocracia is a grindcore band from Lima, Peru that formed in 2017 and channels anti-fascist politics and existentialist themes into blasts of extreme music. The band has appeared on international grindcore compilations and released a string of splits and demo recordings between 2017 and 2021, including the split with Global Horror.

Formed in 1998 in Minas Gerais, Necrocult deliberately stayed out of the commercial underground, releasing a string of cassette and CD-R demos between 1999 and 2001 — including "Sadistic Armageddon" and "Spiritual Rape" — through the local Godless Records imprint. Decades later the band resurfaced with "For Thine Is The Kingdom, And The Power, And The Glory" (2015), released jointly by Satanath Records and Ira Militias Productions.

One of the pioneering female-fronted grindcore acts in Brazil, No Sense from Santos made an early mark with the "Out of Reality" EP and the full-length "Cerebral Cacophony" (1992, Cogumelo Records), led by vocalist Marly with blistering bursts that drew comparisons to Napalm Death's early violence. After disbanding in the 1990s, the band reunited and released the comeback album "Obey" (2011), bringing the original lineup back to a style rooted in madness, social alienation, and pure grindcore aggression.
