Post-black metal solo project from Osasco, São Paulo, created and performed entirely by Douglas Sinsuk, who also records under the projects Whore Illusion, Bärkdum, Deadleaf, and Ruínas De R'lyeh. Sinsuk released two albums in 2018 under the Soturno name — The Void Inside and Morgana's Tale — before the project went inactive.
Gothic death metal band from João Pessoa, Paraíba, formed in January 2000. The band released the debut demo Poems of Love… Poems of Pain… in 2001, followed by the debut full-length When Flesh Becomes Spirit in 2007, produced by Marcello Pompeu and Heros Trech (Korzus) with artwork by Gustavo Sazes, and the second album Of Everything That Hurts in 2013 on Eternal Hatred Records. The current lineup includes vocalist Rodrigo Barbosa, guitarist Andrei Targino, and drummer Eduardo Vieira.

Melodic death/thrash/groove metal band from Lavras, Minas Gerais, founded in early 2012 by guitarists Renan Seabra and Beto Siqueira. The band released the three-track demo Perpetual on July 2, 2013, and followed it with the independently produced full-length No More Silence in 2015, recording the album after winning the Tenda Combat award at the 2014 Roça n' Roll festival.
Soul Steel was a symphonic death metal band from Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, formed in 2009. The band released the demo Código d' muerte in 2010 and the full-length Aetherium in 2011 before changing their name to Encrypter in 2012. Their Bandcamp page documents both releases and describes their sound as slow and aggressive beats merged with an atmospheric aura.
Thrash metal band from Campo Bom, Rio Grande do Sul, active since 2005, with vocalist Deise Wolff fronting a lineup that also includes guitarists Rodrigo Garcia and Marlon Hoerlle, bassist Kaue Muller, and drummer Rafael Konrath. The band draws comparisons to Exodus and Sodom and has been part of the metal underground of Rio Grande do Sul for two decades.
Soul's Pyre are a death metal band from Puerto Montt, Chile, formed in 2015 and signed to Lapis Lazuli. Their lyrical themes explore death, fire, and wisdom; they debuted with the demo "Sacrophagist Demons Awakening" in 2017 and released the EP "Unholy Birth Through Soul's Cremation" in 2018.
