Kandelabrum was a doom and gothic metal band from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, active from 2001. Their album Apocrypha, released in September 2001, contains seven tracks including "Rigor Mortis," "Whispers of Lilith," and "Pure Silence Perfect Darkness," drawing on funeral doom and gothic metal influences within the Brazilian underground scene.

Kanvass is a black metal duo from Santo André, São Paulo, consisting of Ammonoch (guitars, bass, vocals) and drummer Morbus. The band released their debut EP The Southern Thunder Roars in 2014 and have since recorded several albums including Downfall of Individuality and Generation of Deserters (2023), the latter released through Hammer of Damnation. Their sound draws deliberate comparisons to the stripped-down Norwegian orthodoxy of Gorgoroth, Tsjuder, and Urgehal.

Kaosharmony is an extreme metal band from Hortolândia, São Paulo, founded by Jeff, who handles songwriting and the band's creative direction. Kaotk is a technical death metal band from Recife, Pernambuco, formed in 2017 by Marcio Pereira, Willams Reis, Stenio Lima, Michel Santos, and Yarkko Sena. The band debuted with the EP Nascido em meio ao caos, recorded at J.A. Studio in Recife and released in June 2017, showcasing tightly constructed riffs, virtuoso guitar solos, and guttural vocals exploring themes of the human psyche.

Karadima is a grindcore/death metal band from the Valparaíso region of Chile, whose name references Fernando Karadima, the Chilean Catholic priest found guilty by the Vatican in 2011 of sexually abusing minors — a deliberate act of social provocation consistent with grindcore's tradition of confrontational naming. The band released their debut full-length Desde hoy seré tu dios in 2018, followed by the nano-EP Torcido and the album Mansión Guarén, both in 2020, all produced through Calaka Records.

Kariwa is a groove metal band from Bogotá, Colombia, formed in 2013 with a lineup that has included members of Goretrade and Luciferian. The band released two full-lengths — "10.000 años" (2016) and "No creo que a dios le importe" (2018) — and appeared on the True Metal Subversion 8 compilation.

Karma is a progressive metal band from São Paulo, Brazil, founded in 1999 by guitarist Chico Dehira, whose debut album Inside the Eyes (2000) featured a guest appearance by André Matos and introduced bassist Felipe Andreoli, who would later join Angra. Their second album Leave Now!!! followed in 2005, cementing the band's place in the Brazilian progressive metal scene. After a hiatus of more than two decades, the band reunited for a live return in São Paulo in 2025.

Karnficyna is a deathcore band from Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil, formed in 2018, who released their debut EP Inferno [Parte I] on October 31, 2020 — a five-track work centered on themes of depression, anxiety, and panic syndrome. The band's name is derived from the Portuguese word carnificina, meaning carnage, reflecting the intensity of their lyrical and sonic approach. They appeared at the Abril Pro Rock 30 Anos festival in May 2023, one of Brazil's most prominent rock and alternative music events.

Karras is a death metal band from Río Grande, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina, whose name was taken from the character Father Damien Karras in the film The Exorcist. Operating as an extreme power trio, they released Precisión Quirúrgica in 2018 and None More Heretic in March 2020, with former members Víctor Barría and Franco Luna going on to form Cadáver 322.
