De Halve Maan is a solo black metal project from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, created by multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Igor Goularth in 2022. The project plays oldschool black metal with lyrical themes centered on the depletion of natural resources, anti-consumerism, starvation, and misery. Releases include the split "Fig. MMXXII" (2022) with Finnish band Haruspex Ritual and the two-track EP "Remnants of Human Action" (2023), both produced and recorded by Goularth himself.

De Profvndis Clamati is a funeral doom metal band from Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, whose name is Latin for "Out of the depths I cry." The project blends dense orchestral arrangements and classical music influences with the slow, oppressive weight of funeral doom, drawing comparisons to Shape of Despair and Paradise Lost. Dead City Walker is a traditional heavy metal band from Garanhuns, Pernambuco, Brazil, formed in 2014 by members who had previously played in the hard rock/AOR band Still Living. Dead Limbs was a Brazilian atmospheric black metal and post-metal band formed in 2015 and later split up. Their debut release "Lighthouse," put out through Bichano Records, is a six-track EP recorded, produced, and mixed in a home studio, featuring themes that draw on Greek mythology and hermetism. The band's layered, introspective sound placed them within the DIY Brazilian underground extreme metal scene.
