Their 2025 album Day Is Gone, featuring a five-piece lineup, stretches across twelve tracks including "Flesh and Bone" and the closing "Angel of Fire".

Nawak grew out of the earlier project Arkhangel, a group of Limeira musicians who began jamming together in 1999 covering acts like Angra, Iron Maiden, and Stratovarius before steering toward progressive metal. The band issued the demo Prelude under the Arkhangel name in 2002 before adopting the Nawak moniker, then released their debut full-length Trilogy of Rain through Hellion Records in 2005 with a lineup built around guitarist duo Anderson Borges and Amauri Bosco, keyboardist Rafael Barbieri, and vocalist Rodrigo Citta.

NeblinuM is a Chilean depressive suicidal black metal (DSBM) project founded in Santiago in 2009 by Lord Grismord Aragosth, described by the artist as evoking an abyss of pain, solitude, and emotional disconnection through melancholic guitars and anguished vocals. The project is extraordinarily prolific, with over fourteen releases including El Llamado del Silencio, Legatum Per Ossa, The Last Glow of Life, and When You Look Long Into the Abyss, the Abyss Also Looks Into You. Themes throughout the catalog center on despair, spiritual ruin, and the dissolution of human emotional bonds.
