Ignited is a traditional heavy metal band founded in 2017 in Balneário Camboriú, Brazil, by vocalist Denis Lima, guitarist Dalton Castro, bassist Martin Bellucci, and drummer Maurício Velasco. Their 2019 debut full-length "Steelbound," produced by Thiago Bianchi in São Paulo, established the band in the international heavy metal circuit and surpassed 200,000 Spotify streams. The follow-up "Cradle of the Wicked" was released in October 2023, recorded at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, Sweden and produced by Fredrik Nordström, known for his work with Arch Enemy and Dimmu Borgir.

Ignition is a heavy metal band from Buenos Aires whose album A New Conspiracy was recorded between February and May 2015 at Yutoshi Studios in Buenos Aires, with drums tracked separately at Samurai Studio and mixing and mastering handled by Matt Aresti. The band is listed on Metal Archives as an independent act.

Igor Bollos is a São Paulo-based guitarist, composer, and educator whose solo metal project blends progressive metal, metalcore, and shred with jazz fusion influences. Trained at Faculdade Santa Marcelina (FASM) and a graduate of Unifaccamp's popular music program, he launched the project in 2015 and released his debut metal single "Demon's Toll" in April 2023, an eight-minute track showcasing the project's fusion of extreme and progressive styles.

IIRA is a one-man experimental black metal project from Caracas, Venezuela, launched in 2022. The project's debut "Demo" — released on cassette by Deathprayer Records alongside a digital edition — consists of three lengthy instrumental tracks running over 26 minutes and has drawn praise for its idiosyncratic approach, shifting melodies, and atmospheric depth. Cover art for the release is taken from Venezuelan painter Cristóbal Rojas's work "La miseria."

Ilizarov is a death/thrash metal band from Formosa, Goiás, Brazil, founded in mid-2014 by Danilo Rocha (guitar/vocals), Nel Dias (bass), and Veto (drums). Drawing on old-school death metal, punk, and rock and roll, the band has remained active in the Brazilian underground and released the album "Heal and Kill" in March 2025.

Ill Reasoning is an extreme metal band from Concepción, Chile, formed with the intent to create direct, riff-driven music described by the band as a "sonic apocalypse." They released their self-titled debut EP on January 23, 2022 — four tracks recorded and mixed at Neolitic Studios in Concepción and mastered at 15Hz Studios in Santiago — followed by the single "Immolation" in 2023.

Iluna Perpetua is a melodic blackened death metal band from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, formed in 2021 and featuring members Marcelo Murrer, Rafael Mordente, and R. Tamietti.
