Farscape is a thrash metal band from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, whose roots trace back to 1998. The band released three albums — Demon's Massacre (2003), Killers on the Loose (2006), and Primitive Blitzkrieg (2013) — before going silent for a decade while members participated in projects including Whipstriker, Atomic Roar, and Apokalyptic Raids. They returned in 2023 with Purged and Forgotten, released through Dying Victims Productions.
Fastígio was a raw and atmospheric black metal project from Blumenau, Brazil, active from 2018 until their dissolution. The project released at least two recordings — a self-titled work and Transcendência — exploring themes of mysticism, nature, spirituality, and darkness across a blend of raw black metal and ambient soundscapes.
Fat Grass is a stoner/doom metal trio from Córdoba, Argentina, built around guitarist and vocalist Hernan "Alcoholica" alongside bassist Franco Mascaro and drummer Marcos "Lobo" Sosa. The band released their debut album "Deep Trip" in 2010, followed by "Shadows" in February 2022 and their self-titled third album in March 2025, and toured the West Coast of the United States in 2015.
Fatalys is an atmospheric black metal band from Santiago, Chile, formed in 2014. They released two recordings in 2024: the full-length En la lejanía del alba and the EP Solitud, establishing themselves within Chile's growing atmospheric and post-black metal underground.
Father's Face was a progressive and heavy metal quintet from Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, originally conceived by guitarist and vocalist Alessandro Marques. The band set out to craft conceptual albums inspired by classic horror literature, with their first project drawing from Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. Their discography includes Herald of the End and Soundtrack for a Closing Light before the band split up.
Faustino sin Cuello is a death metal band from Santiago, Chile, active since at least 2009 when they recorded their initial demos drawing on Chilean folklore and history for thematic material. The band released the single Faustino: El Degollado in 2012 and returned with the single Renacer in 2025.
Febre do Rato was a crossover/thrash metal band from Santa Isabel, Brazil, active from around 2014 until splitting up. The band released a demo alongside the EP Mundo Em Extinção and the single Maníaco, playing fast, aggressive material in the Brazilian crossover tradition. Their output was self-released through Bandcamp.
Fecal Devastation is a grindcore/death metal band from Itabira, Minas Gerais, Brazil, formed in 2004 and active across multiple periods. The band released the demo Síndrome de Diarréia and the full-length Depravação Moralista, and compiled their recordings on the retrospective The Rotten Collection — Fecal Devastation Discography 2004–2021 via Italian label Olivia Records. They have appeared on numerous international compilations addressing themes of social criticism and politics through a noise-saturated grind lens.
Feel the Knife is a thrash metal band from Buenos Aires formed in 2018, comprising Facundo Solano on bass and vocals, Damian Dearmas on guitar, and Gustavo Quiroga on drums, with lyrics rooted in 1980s horror, science fiction, and dark rituals. The band has released four records: "Stab Your Back" (July 2019), "Let There Be Death" (October 2021), "Demo Advance" (June 2023), and "So Raw...So Nasty...So Hideous" (May 2024), the last of which was reviewed by Metal Forces Magazine.
