The band blends raw South American black metal aggression with thrash fury, drawing on themes of Satan, sex, and death. Their discography spans demos and splits from the late 2000s through to the 2020 full-length "Altares sangrientos" and the 2021 split "Legacy of Terror."

Bestial Profanation is an old school death metal band from San Antonio Oeste, Río Negro, Argentina, formed in 2021 by guitarist and vocalist Matias Carrasco alongside bassist Cristian Sarmiento, drummer Alexis Basanta, and rhythm guitarist Alexander Alonso. The band released the three-track EP Legion of the Undead in 2021, followed by their debut full-length Sanctuary of the Living Dead in January 2022 through Argentine label Putrid Records. Their sound draws on the rawness of Autopsy alongside Swedish and Floridian death metal influences.

Bestialgoat is a two-piece war metal act from São Cristóvão/Aracaju, Sergipe, Brazil, formed in 2020 by I. Lead Injektor (guitars/bass) and A. Mutilator (vocals/drums). The duo has been noted as a standout in the new wave of Brazilian bestial black metal, releasing the full-length "Infernal Goat Extermination" in 2024.

Bestialthrone was a black metal band from Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, formed and split up in 2024. The band pursued lyrical themes of occultism, satanism, vampirism, and death, and was released through the Dirae Tenebrae label during its brief existence.

Bestiario is a black metal band from La Rioja in the Argentine northwest, self-described as "Black Metal From the Argentinian Northwest" and centered on themes of darkness, occultism, and eternal recurrence. The band released a demo in 2019, followed by the album En los Albores del Nuevo Oscurantismo in May 2022 and the album Saturnalia. They remain active and independent.

Bestiarum is a melodic death metal band formed in 2018 in La Plata, Argentina, drawing on the Gothenburg sound of bands like At the Gates, In Flames, and Soilwork. Their 2020 debut album Entropy was recorded and mixed at Octavarium Studios in La Plata and includes a music video for the title track featuring guest vocalist Björn Strid of Soilwork. The band has remained active since their formation.

Bethesda was a Christian power metal band from Olinda, Pernambuco, Brazil, formed in 2010 and later split up. Betrayal is a thrash metal band from Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil, formed in 2007 and still active. The band's lyrical themes cover war, politics, and destruction, placing them within the aggressive tradition of Brazilian thrash. They have released demo recordings and are listed on Encyclopaedia Metallum.
