Formed in 2020 and fronted by vocalist Capiroto, the band has been prolific in the split format, releasing material alongside acts like Vítimas do Crack and Murgo, with Portuguese-language track titles dealing in visceral gore imagery. They appeared on the 2020 international compilation "The Great Blood Feast Vol. 1."

Batakazzo is a goregrind band from Copiapó, in Chile's Atacama region, delivering uncompromising blastbeat-driven extremity rooted in grotesque and pathological themes. After a live album recorded at the Casa de la Cultura in Copiapó (Vivo Penetración) and a self-titled release, the band put out their debut full-length Oculolinctus in 2018 through Putrid Tomb Records, followed by El Camino a la Descomposición Humana in 2019, the latter featuring the drummer from Decrepit Cadaver. Both albums were released on the Chilean underground label Putrid Tomb and distributed internationally through Sevared Records.
