Lamúria Abissal is a depressive black metal project from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, formed in 2012 by Iuri Calado (vocals/lyrics, known as Thy Despair) and Caio Ramon (all instruments, known as Pale). Notably, the band writes and performs entirely in Portuguese, a distinctive trait within the Brazilian DSBM underground. Their discography includes the 2016 EP "Passagem para o Além Abismo" and the 2017 full-length "Eterno Outono da Alma," released through Sinistrion Distro.

The band contributed the track "...And for Eternity Suffer" to the DSBM Brazil Vol. III compilation released by Recanto da Dor in 2021. Their brief existence fit into the tight-knit Brazilian DSBM underground, with themes centering on despair and insignificance.
