Emuthry is a black/death metal band from Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, formed in 2023. Encoffined is an old-school death metal band from Córdoba, Argentina, formed in 2015 and deeply influenced by the Swedish death metal scene of the 1990s — particularly Entombed, Dismember, Carnage, and Grave. Endless Sacrifice is a death metal band from Fray Luis Beltrán, Santa Fe, Argentina, whose music incorporates Christian lyrical themes — a relatively uncommon combination in the Argentine extreme metal underground. Their album End Transmission was released on January 23, 2017, and the band has been active on Bandcamp under independent and Lament Records releases.

Endrah is a São Paulo, Brazil band playing a self-described fusion of death metal, thrash, and hardcore — billed as "Extreme Fight Metal" — founded in 2002 under the name INK before adopting the Endrah name in 2004. The band has headlined eight national tours of Brazil, supported acts including Hatebreed and Brujeria, and released their third full-length album "Bloodshed and Violence" in February 2025.

Enforcation is a death metal band from Sorocaba, São Paulo, Brazil, formed in 2014. The band plays old-school death metal with lyrical themes centered on gore, horror, and suffering, and released their debut EP "Pits Ov Fire and Torment" in 2015.

Enucleacion is a death/grind band from Santiago, Chile, operating in the city's underground extreme metal scene. Their debut Demo 2020 was released in December 2020 through Santiago-based underground label Burning Coffin Recs, pressed to a limited run of 100 cassettes with distribution split between Chile and the United States. The label described their sound as a "rotten and chaotic" death/grind assault.

Ereboros is a death metal band formed in Rio de Janeiro in 2022, built from members with extensive prior touring and recording experience across more than 50 countries. The band released their debut self-titled EP in 2023, recorded at Tellus Studio and mixed by Caio Mendonça, and in late 2025 embarked on a 19-date European tour alongside Escarnium and Brutally Deceased.

Erythroxylum is a death metal band from Santiago, Chile that began releasing material in 2014 with their self-titled demo. The band has also appeared at Chilean underground metal events including the Kadenas Metal Fest, where a live recording was captured and released via their Bandcamp page.
