Leprosy is a thrash/death metal band from Goiânia, Goiás, Brazil, originally formed in 1989 and revived by its original lineup in 2019 after a 24-year hiatus. Taking influence from bands like Death and Protector, the group recorded new material during the pandemic and released the full-length "Death to This World" in November 2021. The album features tracks such as "Schizophrenia" and "Infernal Massacre" and received positive reception for its dark, aggressive atmosphere.
