Their 2021 debut O Livro das Maldições blends tremolo-driven riffs with operatic vocal interplay and Gothic atmosphere, released as a limited digipak through Irmandade Hermética do Ódio.

Founded in Formosa, Goiás by Rafael Montalvão, Naughty Dog plant themselves firmly in the old-school traditional heavy metal tradition, drawing on the melodic sensibility of the New Wave of Traditional Heavy Metal. Nawak grew out of the earlier project Arkhangel, a group of Limeira musicians who began jamming together in 1999 covering acts like Angra, Iron Maiden, and Stratovarius before steering toward progressive metal. The band issued the demo Prelude under the Arkhangel name in 2002 before adopting the Nawak moniker, then released their debut full-length Trilogy of Rain through Hellion Records in 2005 with a lineup built around guitarist duo Anderson Borges and Amauri Bosco, keyboardist Rafael Barbieri, and vocalist Rodrigo Citta.

A black metal horde from Vitória da Conquista, Bahia, Nazgûl draw inspiration from the Scandinavian second wave — particularly Dissection, Marduk, and Mayhem — while channeling aggression through themes of war and anti-religious hostility. The band released their EP March To Heaven's Damnation in 2016 and have appeared on regional compilations including Bahia - True Black Metal - The Land of All Demons, with vocalist/bassist Don The Blasphemer and guitarist Filipe Wargrider anchoring the lineup.

A one-man black metal project by Fernando Count Old, Neblina Suicida explored themes of depression, suicide, and misanthropy with a raw, primitive atmosphere. The project released the full-length "Maldito Seja o Fruto em Vosso Ventre" in 2014 through Metal Negro Produções, limited to 100 hand-numbered cassette copies, following an earlier demo titled "O Fim" in 2011.

NeblinuM is a Chilean depressive suicidal black metal (DSBM) project founded in Santiago in 2009 by Lord Grismord Aragosth, described by the artist as evoking an abyss of pain, solitude, and emotional disconnection through melancholic guitars and anguished vocals. The project is extraordinarily prolific, with over fourteen releases including El Llamado del Silencio, Legatum Per Ossa, The Last Glow of Life, and When You Look Long Into the Abyss, the Abyss Also Looks Into You. Themes throughout the catalog center on despair, spiritual ruin, and the dissolution of human emotional bonds.

The project released a series of demos between 2017 and 2018 before its output was absorbed into Kathreptis, a collaborative band formed by the same musician alongside two additional members.

Formed in 1988 by Skull Detonator, Sathan, and Kranium, Necrobutcher played a ferocious blend of death metal and grindcore where most tracks barely broke the one-minute mark. Their two 1989 demos, "Schizophrenic Christianity" and "Corrosive Noisy Torment," were later compiled by Nuclear War Now! Productions on the anthology "Schizophrenic Noisy Torment," preserving all 44 tracks of their brief but savage output.

Necrocadaveric Vomit is a death-grind band from Paraná, Entre Ríos, Argentina, formed around 2010 with a lineup including vocalist Joel Tutau, guitarist Santiago Pontoni, bassist Ariel Reyes, and drummer Mathías Chamorro. The band recorded their first demo, Putrid Flesh, in 2011 before releasing their self-titled full-length album in October 2015, a blistering 11-track set of pure deathgrind.
