HellgardeN was a groove metal band from Botucatu, São Paulo, Brazil, featuring vocalist Diego Pascuci, guitarist Caick Gabriel, bassist Guilherme Biondo, and drummer Matheus Barreiros. The band signed to American label Brutal Records and released their debut album Making Noise, Living Fast in 2020, recorded direct to tape at ForestLab Studios in Petrópolis and mastered by Alan Douches, who is known for his work with Motörhead and Sepultura. Their sound drew comparisons to Pantera and Crowbar, blending groove metal heaviness with sludge-influenced tones.

Hellish Fist is a one-man black speed metal project from Pereira (operating out of Dosquebradas), Colombia, formed in 2019 by the sole member known as Crossfucker. The project released the EP Alliance of Necrofuckers in September 2019 followed by Street Command in June 2020 via Metal Force Records, both rooted in the raw, lo-fi spirit of old-school speed metal and evil rock and roll. Drawing on Bathory and classic NWOBHM aggression, Hellish Fist pays direct homage to the old masters of underground metal.

The band appeared on the 2016 Brazilian compilation "Coletânea Abissal" with the track "Celebrate the Day of Chaos".
