Nely Arocalypse is a Chilean solo metal project blending old-school heavy metal and thrash with acoustic folk and rock elements. Nervus were a thrash metal band from Blumenau who recorded under the name with an aggressive, riff-forward approach rooted in classic South American thrash. Their Bandcamp release The Evil One showcases tightly wound guitar work and a no-frills intensity before the band eventually dissolved.

Neurax is a death/thrash and grindcore band from Mendoza, Argentina, formed in 2020 by guitarists Nicolás Romeo and Mario Salcedo, vocalist Iván Morel, and drummer Valja. The band debuted with the five-track Tongue Nailing EP in December 2020, recorded and mixed at GRUNT Records in Mendoza.

Neurotóxico brought a technically ambitious edge to the Brasília extreme metal scene, blending aggressive thrash foundations with death metal dissonance on their 2015 debut demo Web of Terror. The nine-track demo was produced by Zé Misanthrope at Less Than Zero Studio and featured a twin-guitar attack from Guilherme Lee and Pedro Azoth underpinning the caustic vocals of Gabriel Mosna.
