Their self-described "dirty and streetwise" approach grounds the band firmly in the street-level thrash tradition of the Chilean underground.

Chronos is a heavy/thrash metal band from Santiago with roots stretching back to 1983, when founders Claudio Martínez and José Ihnen formed the group that would release the influential "Medieval Tales" demo (1986) and the album "A Dónde Vas" (1989) before disbanding.
