Platoon, also known as Platoon Thrash War, is a thrash metal band from Manaus with a militaristic lyrical focus on war, conflict, and destruction. Their 2019 album Máquina de Guerra, released through Bigorna Records, delivers eight tracks of old-school thrash aggression including the standout "Casualidades de Guerra," and the band has since appeared on compilations cementing their reputation in the Brazilian underground.

Possuído pelo Cão (PxPxCx) is a crossover thrash supergroup assembled from members of VIOLATOR, D.F.C., and Terror Revolucionário, dedicated to reviving the circle-pit mayhem of 1980s hardcore-thrash hybrids. Their 2008 debut Possessed in the Circle Pit — just over twenty minutes of anti-religious sarcasm, Hardcore energy, and Thrash riffing — also features a cover of Attitude Adjustment's "Grey World" and remains a beloved slab of Brazilian underground crossover.

Predatory are a São Paulo thrash metal outfit whose material has been picked up by underground compilations including Suspiria de Profundis II and Violent Records' Endless Massacre IV, on which their track "Hated" appeared. Prefatory are a young thrash metal band from the sertão region who made their first notable public appearance on the Gulpian Metal Fest underground compilation released by Sangue Frio Produções in 2023, contributing the tracks "Endless War" and "We Are Resistant".
