Neurax is a death/thrash and grindcore band from Mendoza, Argentina, formed in 2020 by guitarists Nicolás Romeo and Mario Salcedo, vocalist Iván Morel, and drummer Valja. The band debuted with the five-track Tongue Nailing EP in December 2020, recorded and mixed at GRUNT Records in Mendoza.
Neuro Attack plays straight-ahead thrash metal rooted in the classic Minas Gerais underground, formed in 2016 and quickly releasing their debut EP Thrash Returns before following it with a full-length in 2018. Their sound leans on tight riffing and no-frills aggression, staying close to the genre's '80s Bay Area and German roots.
Neurotóxico brought a technically ambitious edge to the Brasília extreme metal scene, blending aggressive thrash foundations with death metal dissonance on their 2015 debut demo Web of Terror. The nine-track demo was produced by Zé Misanthrope at Less Than Zero Studio and featured a twin-guitar attack from Guilherme Lee and Pedro Azoth underpinning the caustic vocals of Gabriel Mosna.
Nigromancia is a death/thrash metal band from Paine, south of Santiago, formed in 2019 by members performing under names including Black Caracalla, Yllaw Vomit, Rotten Serpent, and Dismember. Drawing from occultism and old-school death metal traditions, the band released the EP Hidden Rituals through Burning Coffin Records in 2021, followed by the full-length Vortex of Existence in 2023, both rooted in a sound likened to Pestilence, Entombed, and Excoriate.
Formed in Uberlândia with the explicit goal of fusing New York hardcore aggression with thrash metal heaviness, No Defeat released the EP M em M in 2010 and the full-length Escolhas Que Precedem a Conquista in 2012. Vocalist Michel "Padero" anchored their politically charged output, which drew on crossover forebears while addressing social and political themes rooted in Brazilian reality.
No Guerra is an Argentine thrash metal and metalcore band whose album titles — Ahonikenk (2010), Choiols (2012), Weychan (2014), and Traumatica (2024) — draw on the indigenous languages and cultures of Patagonia, including Mapuche and Tehuelche words. After a decade-long gap, the band returned in 2024 with Traumatica, their fourth studio album.
The project of guitarist and vocalist Tiago Torres, a veteran of the Brazilian scene through his work with Mad Dragzter, No More Death channels the fury of Metallica, Slayer, and early Sepultura into a decidedly spiritual framework, with lyrics drawn from the Book of Revelation. Their debut album "The Death is Dead," released in 2025 on Roxx Records and co-produced with Demis Kohler, delivers eight relentless tracks that treat thrash as a vehicle for Christian apocalyptic storytelling.
NoWrong deliver punishing thrash metal with a blunt fixation on politics, social inequality, and modern urban violence, channeling those themes across the 13 tracks of their 2014 debut Prognostic of a Great Disaster. The record leans heavily on classic Bay Area and Teutonic influences, keeping the riffs fast and the production raw without losing coherence.
Nucflash is a thrash metal band from Buenos Aires, Argentina, that emerged from an earlier project called Warfare before settling on their current lineup and name. They released the EP Spreading the Virus in 2011 and The Purifying Fire in 2017, and shared the stage with German thrash veterans Kreator in 2013.
