Vanguarda Metal Revolucionária (VxMxR) is a heavy and speed metal project from São Paulo, Brazil, formed in 2017 with a deliberately political, left-wing mission embedded into its music. The band — featuring MOSH X on vocals, EDOOM on guitars, JUCA on bass, and MINDU on drums — released the single "Metal Comunista" in 2017 and "Batismo de Sangue" in 2018, framing classic metal aggression as an instrument of political consciousness.

Vikingos is a heavy rock and metal band from the Las Heras department of Mendoza, Argentina, led by guitarist and vocalist Alejandro "Chicho" Carabajal alongside bassist Alejandro "Piti" Delgado and drummer Santi "Pantro" Cortijo. Active since the early 2000s, they contributed to the regional compilation "Guerreros Cuyanos" (2008) alongside bands from Mendoza, San Juan, and San Luis, and have shared stages with Argentine metal acts including Almafuerte and Horcas.

Vírus is a speed metal band from São Paulo, Brazil, with roots tracing back to the early 1980s — the group appeared on the seminal "SP Metal" compilation in 1984, one of the founding documents of Brazilian heavy metal. After decades of inactivity, the band reformed following a celebratory show at SESC Belenzinho in 2015 and released their debut album "Contágio" in 2019, recorded at Orra Meu! Studios in São Paulo with vocalist Flávio Ferb and guitarist Fernando Piu.
