Rotten Evisceration is a death metal band from Lima, Peru, formed in 2006 in the El Agustino district. Rooted in the American death metal school of the early 1990s, with Cannibal Corpse, Suffocation, and Immolation among their primary influences, the band released their debut album Ancient Grave Ascension in 2018 through Blood Splattered Axe Records and Guts 'n' Blood Records. Their lyrics draw heavily from horror cinema rather than typical gore imagery, particularly the Italian splatter film tradition.

Rotting Hate are a Death Metal band from Cartagena, Colombia, formed in 2023. The band released their self-titled debut full-length in 2024, dealing in themes of death and war as an independent act operating out of Colombia's Caribbean coast.
