Mórbida Exhumación is a death metal band from Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego — one of the southernmost active metal acts in the world. Nastik is a death/thrash metal band from Quilicura, Chile, playing a groove-heavy style they label brutal groove death metal. The band released two albums simultaneously in July 2018 — Human Sacrifice, built around fictional narratives of lost civilizations and ritual sacrifice, and GNOSTIC, exploring ancient mythology and esoteric philosophy through tracks referencing Egyptian and indigenous traditions. Necrocadaveric Vomit is a death-grind band from Paraná, Entre Ríos, Argentina, formed around 2010 with a lineup including vocalist Joel Tutau, guitarist Santiago Pontoni, bassist Ariel Reyes, and drummer Mathías Chamorro. The band recorded their first demo, Putrid Flesh, in 2011 before releasing their self-titled full-length album in October 2015, a blistering 11-track set of pure deathgrind.

Necrodead was a death/thrash metal band from Santiago, Chile, active from 1989 until their split in 2010. The band recorded their debut full-length Frustrated Message in mid-1994 at El Rancho Studios, collecting material written across the band's first five years, and returned over a decade later with the thrash-leaning Path to Death in 2007 on Stigma Records.
