Vexatan is a one-person blackened death metal project from Paranaguá, Paraná, formed in May 2022 by multi-instrumentalist Danihell, who handles all instruments, vocals, production, and artwork. The project has released two EPs — "Eternal Torment" (2022) and "Diabolic Empire" — building on Danihell's prior work in bands including Satanic Funeral, Tormento, and Rotting Corpse.

Victimario is a Buenos Aires brutal death metal band formed in 2013 by vocalist Gonzalo Aguilar, guitarist Sergio Chaile, bassist Emanuel Digiacomo, and drummer Nahuel Laregina. Starting out in a death/thrash vein, they debuted with the EP "And Death Just Begun" (2013) and sharpened their sound into brutal death metal on the album "Sculpture of Insane Minds" (2015), followed by "Within" (2020) and "Voided" (2021).

Vocífera is a death/thrash metal band from Recife, Pernambuco, active from 2011 through 2017 before going on hold. The band released a self-titled EP in 2012 and their debut full-length Evil Thoughts in 2016, a conceptual album exploring human fears and social critique.

Voiceless Dissonance is a death/thrash/groove metal band from Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, whose debut EP Vox: I appeared in 2026, introducing tracks such as "It's on That Damn Plate" and "They Form a Sea of People." The band emerged as a newly formed act with a sound drawing on the aggressive Brazilian extreme metal tradition of the state.

Volkmort is a death/doom metal band from Timbó, Santa Catarina, Brazil, channeling extreme and dark sounds rooted in the band members' desire to externalize intense personal experiences. Their 2023 album Fallen in the Bloody Field, released through Black Hole Productions, stands as their most recent full-length, featuring tracks like "Doomology of War" and "Triumphus Mortis."

Voodoopriest is a death/thrash metal band from São Paulo, led by vocalist Vitor Rodrigues (ex-Torture Squad) and featuring guitarist César Covero (Endrah, ex-Nervochaos) and guitarist Renato DeLuccas (Exhortation). The band released the album Mandu in 2014 through Die Hard Records, drawing on themes from Brazilian indigenous history, African religion, and Hindu spirituality, and followed it with Cipó dos Mortos before going on hold.

Voraginem was a death/thrash metal band from Santiago, Chile, active from 2016 until their split-up. The band released one EP, "Ad Astra" (2016), a four-track recording composed entirely by the band between March and October of that year, with lyrics drawing on mythology and ancient gods.

Wargore is an old-school death/thrash metal band from Cascavel, Paraná, Brazil, formed in 2017 and playing in the tradition of early extreme metal. The band has released two albums — Between Evil and Death (2017) and Cursed Existence (2020) — both independently produced and distributed through their Bandcamp page.

Wolflust is a war death/black metal project from Brazil conceived by Carlos Cernunnos (guitar, bass, vocals) and Mauro Trojillo (drums), drawing heavily on the chaotic bestial metal tradition of Sarcófago, Blasphemy, and Conqueror. The band released the "Satanic Megatons" EP in 2020, followed by the "Endless War" EP in 2022, which featured original tracks alongside covers of Sodom and Sarcófago. Their assault-driven sound and ties to the Brazilian extreme underground have earned them multiple physical editions of their releases across international markets.
