Abhorrent Spawn is a Brutal Death Metal and Grindcore band from Bogotá, Colombia. The band released two EPs in quick succession — A Creepy Bald Man Eating Spaghetti in 2023 and Nice to Meat You in 2024 — establishing themselves as part of Bogotá's extreme metal underground.

Aborticide was a brutal death metal band from Sete Lagoas, Minas Gerais, formed in 2009. The band played in the tradition of Brazilian brutal death metal with themes of demonology and darkness, and contributed to the compilation Warriors of Morbid Moon Vol. 2 before disbanding.

Akinetopsia is a brutal death metal trio from São Paulo formed in 2022, consisting of Evandro Miranda (vocals/guitar), Juan Azevedo (bass/vocals), and Daniel Oliveira (drums). Signed to New Standard Elite, their debut full-length "Collapse of Continuum" (2022) drew attention in the international brutal death metal underground for its dense riffing and technical precision, with themes centered on mental illness and alienation.

Anmod is a brutal death metal and grindcore trio from Curitiba, Paraná, operating in the self-described "death-grinder" tradition. Comprising Johnny R.R. on drums, Hernan on bass and vocals, and Alex W.A. on guitars, the band grew out of the ashes of Fornication and has released at least two full-lengths: "Monstrosity per Defectum" and "Inner Upheavals."

Anomalistic is a two-piece slam and brutal death metal band from São Paulo, Brazil, consisting of vocalist Fabio K and guitarist João Holzer. Their sound centers on crushing slam breakdowns interwoven with elements of technical and melodic death metal, and their discography includes the albums "Butchery" (2013), "Dissecting the Living" (2014), "Human Decimation," and "Azoic" (2020).

Are You God? was a brutal death metal and grindcore band from São Paulo, Brazil, active from 2001 until their split-up. They released their 2001 debut demo as a handmade CD-R on recycled paper, distributing over a thousand copies for free — a gesture rooted in the DIY ethos of the São Paulo underground. Their discography includes the 2006 album Miranda (released via Travolta Discos and 2+2=5 Records) and a 2008 split with German grindcore act Japanische Kampfhörspiele.

Axsem is a brutal death metal band from Viedma, Río Negro, founded and led by guitarist, vocalist, and producer Matías Carrasco, who has also organized eleven consecutive editions of the Extremo Fest in the city. Their fourth album, "Altar de la tortura" (2023, Putrid Productions), draws its concept from medieval torture methods and the Inquisition, following earlier releases including "Capítulos de Siniestro Tragedia" (2016).
