Western Fields is a Brazilian depressive black metal project whose demo "Depressive Gaia" was released as a limited CD-R edition of 66 copies through Depressive Illusions Records. The project explores themes of depression, misanthropy, and isolation that are characteristic of the DSBM genre's most introspective wing. The band has been on hold since the early 2020s.
