Interium is a death/groove metal band from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, formed in 2002. The band released their debut album "Igreja do Diabo" in October 2002, followed by "Quando a Morte Chama" in September 2004, with a lineup featuring Leandro Thompson on vocals, Bruno Mainardi on guitars, and Lino on bass. They remain active as an independent act rooted in the Rio de Janeiro underground metal scene.
