Auvernia
Auvernia is a progressive power metal band from Buenos Aires, Argentina, built around vocalist and guitarist Fernando H. Varela alongside drummer Juan P. Verni and bassist Guido Quaranta. The band released their debut full-length Towards Eternity in 2008 on Galileo Records, a nine-track album blending soaring melodic vocals, double-bass drumming, and symphonic keyboards with cover versions of X Japan's "Blue Blood" and Queen's "The Show Must Go On" as bonus tracks.
