M1 Garand is a Brazilian raw black metal solo project formed in 2022, with all instruments, vocals, mixing, and mastering handled by a member operating under the alias Soldier 'Charles' of 101st Airborne Division. The project carries an explicit anti-Nazi and anti-NSBM stance, reflected in its debut EP "The Party is Over Kraut" (2022), which blends World War II themes with sardonic humor directed at fascist ideology.
M60 in Hands is a raw black metal and noise solo project from Catanduva, São Paulo, Brazil, formed in 2023 and operated entirely by Billy Grind, who handles all instruments and vocals. The project released the EP "Infinity War in My Head" in 2023 and appeared on the 2024 split "Old Skull Black Metal" alongside Night Goat on Podreira Records, paying tribute to first-wave black metal acts Von and Root.
Magna Corporea is an Argentine one-man atmospheric and raw black metal project that released its debut album "Bliss of Non-Temporal Condition" in January 2023 on Regimental Records, followed by "Dialect of the Unborn (Birth Wound and Xenoglossia)" in November 2023. The project is available on Bandcamp and has also been distributed physically through Sunshine Ward Recordings.
A fresh entry into the Brazilian raw black metal underground, Malefício operates in the harshest and most primitive end of the genre spectrum, embracing lo-fi production as an aesthetic weapon rather than a limitation. The project launched in 2024 and channels a relentless hatred through minimalist, corrosive songwriting.
Misanthropic emerged from Espírito Santo's underground with a corrosive, lo-fi approach to black metal, channeling pure hostility through deliberately raw production and abrasive riffing. The project surfaced with the promotional demo Pain in 2005 and followed with the album Echoes of the Nightmare in 2007, cementing their place in the uncompromising Brazilian raw black metal scene.
Mormoth is a one-person raw black metal and dungeon synth project from Neiva, Colombia, founded in 2023. The project operates under the Blackflame Records label and has been prolific since its formation, releasing multiple full-lengths including Anticristo and El Bajo Astral alongside the Imperium Satanae EP, all within its first two years. Lyrically the project explores Satanism, paganism, and anti-Christian themes.
A one-woman raw black metal project by Null (Iarly Patricio), Mortem Solis deals in occultism and solitude through a deliberately lo-fi, old-school aesthetic that drew notice from the international underground press. The cassette demo "Lamentos do Alvorecer" was released in 2023 through Anti You Rec, Apokalipse Kotidiano, and Fat Zombie.
Mortespermia deal in aggressively lo-fi, necro black metal that draws heavily from the second-wave aesthetic — raw production, occult and left-hand-path lyrical themes, and an uncompromising underground ethos. Their 2016 cassette demo xXx Raw xXx, pressed to 66 copies on Depressive Illusions Records, was followed by the 2019 split O Miasma Misantropo das Covas on Kult of Bloody Rites, placing them firmly within the global raw black metal tape-trading underground.
