Ritualist
Heavy metal band from Porto Alegre that began rehearsing in the metropolitan region in 2012, built around vocalist Ricardo Janke and guitarist Rogério Reis, who also produced all the band's recordings. Their album Awakening Protocol explores dystopian themes about the conflict between human nature and technological advancement, with Janke alternating clean and aggressive vocals over arrangements influenced by Megadeth and Iron Maiden.
