Persona Est have been active in Sergipe's underground metal scene since 2009, playing a punishing death/thrash hybrid that prioritizes raw aggression over polish. The band released the album "Roads" in 2014, demonstrating the kind of technical command and relentless intensity that characterizes the harder end of northeastern Brazil's extreme metal scene.
