Perc3ption
Perc3ption blend the melodic power of Angra-era progressivism with the compositional density of Dream Theater and Symphony X, drawing influences they've worn openly since their debut full-length Reason and Faith (2013), produced by Edu Falaschi of Almah and ex-Angra. Their third album Art in Extreme Situations (2023), mixed in the US by Adair Daufembach, is their most ambitious work, weaving together historical narratives around figures like Viktor Frankl and Van Gogh across nine tracks that stretch from tight four-minute cuts to an expansive thirteen-minute closer.
