Hyperborean
Hyperborean is a black metal band from Ponta Grossa, Paraná, Brazil, active since the early 2000s and signed to Arte Ancestral Records. The band released the cassette "Ravens Weeping over Path" in 2013 and followed it with the full-length "Rising from the Dark Past" in 2014 on the Pagan War label, a ten-track record running nearly 44 minutes. Their lyrical themes have shifted over the years from Satanism to philosophical influences including Nietzsche and Goethe.
