Hazy Hamlet
Hazy Hamlet is a traditional heavy metal band from Maringá, Paraná, formed in 1999, drawing heavily from classic 1970s and 1980s acts such as Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, and Grave Digger. Their debut full-length Forging Metal (2009) earned international distribution across the USA, Europe, and Japan, and was named best album of 2009 by the All the Bangers webzine. They followed it with Full Throttle (2013) on Arthorium Records, cementing their reputation as one of the more dedicated purists in Brazil's underground heavy metal scene.
