Britannia are a heavy metal band from San Francisco, Córdoba, Argentina, built around the Possetto brothers — Javier "Jama" on drums and Sergio "Checho" on bass and vocals — alongside guitarist Ángel "Tato" Grangetto. The band chose their name as a direct tribute to the British bands that inspired them, including Motörhead, Iron Maiden, and Judas Priest, and their sound reflects that NWOBHM-rooted lineage. Their lyrics engage with social and political themes while maintaining an independent, non-partisan stance.
