2112 is a progressive rock and heavy metal band from Buenos Aires, Argentina, formed in 1986 and named in honour of the Rush album, which they pronounce in Spanish as "Veinti Uno Doce." The band has released five studio albums spanning from Alterando las divisiones (1990) to Nuestro mejor fracaso (2020), with guitarist Juan Tambussi and drummer Sergio Moscatelli as long-standing core members.
